「Staff a little inexperienced and robotic. No chef at breakfast, so a reduced menu. Food mediocre, badly cooked. This area needs serious attention. Only 1 out of 10 specials available at dinner. Annex room #32 suitable for guests with a disability, bathroom enormous but very spartan, some guests might object, but we were only there for 1 night. Hotel should provide a refund for not providing a cooked breakfast option. A sausage on dry bread doesn't cut it! No milk in room. T. Austin」

「What a lovely find! The Shakespeare Suite is fantastic. We had Sunday lunch and would definitely recommend it. I’m gluten free and they catered for me no problems. The staff were lovely and friendly, chatted to us, were attentive and nothing was too much for them! Breakfast the next morning was great. Good choice and freshly cooked to order. 」

「This property was my style of hotel, lots of character with a charming secret garden to dine in, but very modern rooms. Even had a towel warmer! Like all European hotels, they don't provide wash cloths, but I just used the corner of a towel since I had forgotten to bring a wash cloth. Not a big deal. The room had a big fan which was very nice since I always sleep with a fan on at home. Continental breakfast was included, no hot food, but adequate for breakfast. Really good croissants! We...
