"Unfortunately, we had to leave for our flight before breakfast was open. I wish they could open earlier to accommodate flights or have a grab and go bag. The facility and our room were beautiful."

"This establishment is one you want to skip! While it looks decent from photos, we spent our time being evacuated several times due to fire alarm concern. However; come to find out it was In response to folks tampering with smoke detectors. Was advised folks were asked to leave yet, this continued to happen. Waking up to a piercing alarm while supposed to be stress free is not ideal and not something one can get any sleep experiencing. I’ve asked to speak to manager at the establishment.. no where to be found. I’ve called daily for over a week and reached out via message to rectify. Zero response this far! Skip this place! Not worth the headache, lack of sleep and piss poor customer service."

"Nice sized room with a sofa that was a great touch. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. Keurig in the room, which was a great feature as I was there for 4 nights. The evening staff was very kind. I was there while I was working night shift so I didn’t interact with the day shift staff often, so I cannot comment on their helpfulness. It is a quiet location, right next to an interstate on ramp so getting places was simple. The only downside is that the hotel is dated and a bit run down on the floors and in the room. That is a minor downside as everything is in working condition and available. Overall it was the best lodging that I had while working in Providence. I had been using Airbnb, which was so awful that I have completely sworn off that platform for life. So thank you, Holiday Inn for salvaging my experience. "

"The hotel is very comfortable and the atmosphere feels safe and clean. Unfortunately the person who was at the front desk wasn't the most courteous one. My family and I got 3 rooms for our 2 nights stating for a graduation ceremony in the area. We felt unwelcome as not getting the sense of helping and assisting with the questions and help we get from other places we rent and hotels. Not everyone is the same but to work with people you need to learn how to speak and offer a better service"

"I checked in, and 2 hours later asked for a refund snd checked out. This place needs to be shut down. If you stay you will get sick. It is the dirtiest most disgusting motel I have ever seen by far."
