「 Beautiful hotel that has had a lot of work done to it recently. But I was annoyed that we had to pay £5 a day on top of our hotel bill for parking in the hotel carpark. Plus the pillows were very hard & uncomfortable, & there was only one socket available to use in the room. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I went with a friend & we had separate classic rooms & they were very comfortable & well looked after. I had a view of The Crescent. The spa facilities were absolutely amazing! Zoe was my masseur & was excellent. The hotel restaurant was faultless too. Staff were attentive & nothing was too much trouble. Toby in the bar was so customer focussed & had a good sense of humour & very efficient. The only negative was the inside of the wardrobe in my friend’s room...

「A fabulous property within the Peak District National Park, serving good food & beer, but also easily accessed from Sheffield too. A short drive from the Ladybower Dam for Dambuster fans & the Snake Pass for those who may enjoy the drive to Glossop & back !」

「It's in the student halls "village". There can be noise from reveller students overnight , guess you just hope for the best. I have noticed it can get pretty hot - the duvets whilst not thick do seem very warm. The bed was a wide single which I have to say was very comfy! I took my own pillows as can be a bit funny with pillows. Staff friendly. These buildings do tend to suffer from slamming door syndrome which I noticed a couple of times, but not too bad (please keep an eye on the maintenance...
