"Clean rooms with an awesome breakfast and also provided to go bags for those who were moving in the fast lane. Staff was great. Check in was a breeze. The only issue was the air and they took care of it asap. Although the air decided to go on the fritz again as we were leaving. Otherwise a pleasant experience. "

"1. The room that we stayed in was a handicapped room - we didn't request it - we were assigned to it. CLEARLY, service animals have stayed in that room because it STUNK of DOG. We kept the AC down much more than comfortable just to try and reduce the smell. 2. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle. The shower head was a handheld, so not sure if that was a factor, but it took a long time to rinse. 3. Most of the included amenities were missing/out. There was no shampoo, body wash or tissues in the room and none were replenished each day during out 4-night stay, even though we had the room cleaned each day. 4. Two of the three ice machines on the property were broken and the female at the front desk wasn't any help. She went into the kitchen area looking for ice but came out empty handed, even though there was a large pitcher of iced, flavored water for guests to enjoy, so clearly, there was an ice source somewhere."

"It was in a decent location and is easy to get to. Room was needing some real TLC. We booked a double bed, non-smoking. The beds were small, I'm assuming full size and it was hard for 2 adults to fit in one bed. The pillows were square, like a couch cushion which was a little odd and not very comfortable. Beds were loud and squeaky anytime you moved and also not very comfortable. The sink faucet had no handle so you had to push it weirdly to get the water on. The bedding had burn holes and stains. After being in the room for a short while, I kept smelling something weird and noticed the bed skirting had something dumped down the side of it. Maybe food of some sort or bodily fluids (which I've been telling myself it wasn't for my own sanity), so we asked to be moved to another room. The staff was super nice and helpful. They moved us to the back building which was a little better, but same cleaning / amenity issues. The bed skirting in the new room had burn holes and a squeaky bed, as well as the tv screen was broken so there were lines all down the screen. The air was cold but it was humid and sticky in the room. Very basic amenities, but It did have a hair dryer which was a plus. Im not usually one to leave a bad review but we were very uncomfortable the entire stay. I can deal with outdated furniture etc, but basic cleanliness was lacking so bad it made it hard to stay. Staff was wonderful though!"

"breakfast is delish and lots of choices, if your not picky eating breakfast food. i like it coz the breakfast area was very clean. only coffee is not that good its like im drinking water with creamer."
