「I never stayed at this place, I booked a 1 room of 2 beds room for 3 nights, when I arrived I had to go to the restaurant because the place was close, the people from there told me that the hotel gave my room away that they only had one bed available but the bad thing was that, this people have the guts to charge me for one night. So please do not book any room on this property at all. And also through Experian. Very bad.」

「Horrible customer service & stinky room. Couldn’t sleep at all due to woman screaming for help & pleading “NO!” next door. Loud thumps & woman crying kept me awake. Management later told me it was none of my business what was going on next door & that I wasn’t in danger because they were “role-playing”. Room phone didn’t work either. A horrible experience & the management’s nonchalant attitude was a big let down.」

「The staff was not to bad. It’s just that the room that they provide us was really, really dirty the floor was really sticky like they didn’t mop the sheets were dirty. The restroom was also really disgusting like they didn’t clean the restroom. Then they moved us to a different room because I complain and when they moved us to a different room , it was just a bit clean, but once we were there, it was the same thing there were ants on the restroom it was a horrible experience than I spoke to...
