"I stayed here for 22 nights from the 15th of April until the 5th of May to attend the Canton Fair in Guangzhou. The property is quite nice and has plenty of formal and informal places to have business meetings. The rooms are well appointed and the WiFi was fast and consistent and I really appreciated the free shuttle bus to and from the Canton Fair though to be honest most days I caught a Didi back (only about 45RMB - about AUD$10). For me the staff were the highlight of my stay with the stand outs being Dennis one of the managers who was incredibly helpful. The front desk team always had a happy smile and super helpful. The doormen were awesome - always helpful with a tip on where to go and what to do not just simply to open the car door like some places. The lady who cleaned my room rates a special mention, her smile and effort she clearly put into her job every single day and was super friendly and helpful was awesome - I have travelled to over 40 countries on all 6 continents and never waxed poetic about a cleaner but there you go. The pool is NOT heated so be ready for a chilly dip and the gym has all the basics. The breakfast buffet is defiantly worth getting with your package but get in early to get the best choices and quality. Lots of places for awesome local food! It’s on the wrong side of the city for most tourist things but let’s be honest Didi is cheap and not a chore to get around if you have time. I will definitely stay here again for the Canton Fair."

"This "hotel" is actually an unbranded room in a neglected apartment complex. Communication was poor; the host ignored specific questions and relied on repetitive form replies. Coordination required a 48-hour notice I missed, though I eventually confirmed the location via Didi. Check-in was inconvenient, requiring a long walk through a mall with luggage to reach the actual building. ​The Facility The building is poorly maintained with stained floors and trash-filled hallways. While the room was "clean enough" with a fresh bed and no odor, it suffered from dust, bathroom mildew, and exposed piping. Security is minimal with no door chain or "Do Not Disturb" signs. ​Amenities & Room Features ​Pros: AC was effective; no bugs; unit included a washer, TV (HDMI), and two sinks. ​Cons: No fridge, no safe, no breakfast provided. The couch was visibly soiled. Only 1/4 roll of toilet paper was supplied. The TV remote failed to power the unit, requiring manual operation. ​The Shower Extremely cramped and lacks shelving. The handle's placement makes it easy to accidentally trigger scalding water while turning around. ​Service & Infrastructure Privacy was disregarded when a cleaner entered and refused to leave despite being asked. The elevators are unreliable; during peak hours, I waited 15 minutes as cars bypassed my floor. I eventually descended 17 flights of stairs, which were dark, treacherous, and littered with cigarette butts. Fine if you get it for cheap. Slept well. Checkout easy."

"The hotel is very nice, the staff is very nioce. The pnly thing-0 the gym needs to be brushed up, looks a little dusty, not fresh. Also I was tryomg to get to the swimming pool and i was told that is out of servise. This was a disappointment for me. I book this hotel specifically because of pool in the description."
