9/10 Wonderful! (1,219 reviews)
The hotel was very well maintained and clean. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast gave a wide variety of options. Our only disappointment was room service on our first day. Waited an hour for it to arrive, called them..apparently they forgot our order. When it did arrive 30mins later, the meal was no longer hot.

We usually stay at centre points because it’s an apt. We used to stay quite a lot at the shangri la. Overpriced for a dated room. IMO. We like having washer dryer too.

"Property of hotel is nice. Front desk and check in was quick and easy. But the room was very basic and cheap hotel feel. Its fine if you are looking for a budget stay and not looking for the more luxury hotel feel"
