「Upon arrival, the staff greeted us by saying, “Welcome Home”. I have never received such a warm reception of hospitality by a hotel. 「We have stayed here on a number of visits as we use Johannesburg as a travel hub. We arrive, and the room is ready. No fancy formalities, just a lovely greeting from Sue and the Staff. Had a rather early morning departure to the Airport - breakfast was available - thank you We will be back 」
