「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「The room was clean (except for the dead bug bodies), but it did have a musty smell to it and there was dust on the front facing sides of the drawers, which I found odd. Like, LOTS of dust. The faux leather covering of one of the arms of the chair was completely gone, and like I said, bugs. Small bugs..like water bugs and earwigs. Not a lot of them, but when I woke up at 5am on the second day an saw two live ones in the bathroom, I just went ahead and swung by the local Walmart later that morning...

Mold in the bathroom, dead bugs on the floor, the nightstand was broken, the floors were nasty, the toilet was dirty and it smelled like cigarettes (we got a NON-smoking room). My husband and I took one look at the room and immediately put all of our stuff back in our car. Luckily we were able to make other arrangements, so we went to check out at the front desk and the guy there told...

「At check-in, we were informed our room would only be cleaned every other day. NEVER cleaned it once. Had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and cups. I informed the main desk the room still had not been cleaned. They never cleaned it. I had to take our overflowing trash cans and dump them myself. So for our entire stay of 4 days our room was never cleaned. I wont be staying here again.」
