「Because we arrived this hotel late, thanks to the reception of a grandpa to wait for us and reply us soon. The cleanness and environment are good. However, no parking lots is the weakness and be careful of trains on the street. In summary, the location is very good, we have a nice night here.」

「The staff were extremly welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel has a great vibe with all the bars and restaurants located within. Breakfast was amazing, the choice of food and drink was excellent. Rooms are clean and comfatable, spa and pool are perfect for relaxing. Could not fault this hotel at all. Amazing stay and would highly recommend staying here if visiting Hamburg.」
