Beautifully laid out. Absolutely spotless. Easy access to Hamburg city centre. Everything is electronic and you hardly need to talk to a person… but when you do they are polite and professional. Great property!

No daily cleaning and horrible check-in experience

The rooms was nice and clean, but the daily cleaning announced on Hotels.com didn't happen. We stayed for 4 nights and didn't get cleaning once. The check-in via WhatsApp took almost an hour. Something that normally takes 5-10 minutes in a hotel with a normal reception. You wouldn't expect this lack of service in a hotel in this price category.

Incredibly receptive and communicative team here. Well furnished kitchen with all of the essentials. Comfy bed, great water pressure. Only thing Id note is you need to go to the neighboring hotel to access the gym and sauna. Easy enough to do so though.

Make sure to contact the owner before you get there. Turns out they needed passport info before they can give passcode to get into the building, but I was traveling for a few days before with spotty internet, ended up sitting downstairs for almost an hour on the 1st day of my reservation going back and forth with management until they could verify everything and finally let me into the unit. Overall mostly my fault for not doing this in advance, but don’t make the same mistake I did. Make sure that 24 hours before you already have the code you need to get inside. Great unit as advertised though. Bus was a block away, very convenient.

Everything was spotlessly clean and contact with email hotel manager was very quick regarding a few concerns that we came across.Everything was solved in quick and professional manner. Although, on the day of our check out, the cleaning crew started to knock to our doors from 7AM, and after that 3 more times and at 9AM they entered the room while we still were sleeping. I understand they they want to clean but check out it’s at 11AM. In the United States it’s just unacceptable to do that.

Das Appartment war modern eingerichtet mit einer großen bodentiefen Dusche und einem separaten WC. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer zum Hinterhof, von anderen Gästen haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Einfacher CheckIn durch Pincode, gutes Frühstück im Nachbarhotel. Sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Perfekt für eine Städtereise Nächste Bushaltestelle ca. 5 Minuten entfernt und in die Innenstadt ca. 10 Minuten Busfahrt. Zimmer ist für 3 Personen sehr geräumig und die Einrichtung ist sehr gut. Küche mit allen Dingen vorhanden. Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal im Master Altona und würden auch beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Hamburg dort übernachten

Das Appartement war sauber und auch ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück im Nachbarhotel hatte eine gute Auswahl an warmen und auch kalten Speisen sodass jeder fündig wird. Es war jedoch sehr voll und wir hatten Glück einen Platz zu bekommen bzw. mussten wir einen Morgen kurz warten. Check in und Kommunikation via Mail oder WhatsApp lief problemlos und schnell (da es keine Rezeption gibt). Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen.

Vi havde booket en familie lejlighed til 4 personer, både sengen og sofa sengen var super gode. Der var lagt en ekstra topmadras på sofasengen. Tjek ind var nemt vi fik en besked dagen før på watts app, og udfyldte tjek ind. På dagen modtog vi vores kode til lejligheden. Parkering var i hotellet ved sidens af parkering. Hvor der var muligt at købe endagsbilletter til de dag vi var der. Inden skulle ud af p huset skulle man lige forbi receptioen og få scannet sin p-billet, så man kunne komme ud af p-huset. Vi havde købt med morgenmad som også var i det hotel ved siden af, super lækker morgen mad med mange muligheder. Alt i alt synes vi rigtig godt om hotellet. Der var gå afstand til flere indkøbs butikker. Køkkenet i ledligheden fungerede fint, der var ikke for meget spiseplads, men det kunne vi godt klare os med.
