"I’m giving this hotel three stars because It’s located in the middle of town walkable to everything, now with that being said if you’re at a conference attention is on you, if you’re staying there attention on you, not so much, as we were told that there is limited food for breakfast, do to 1 of the conferences there using most of it. We stayed in a junior suite where our view was of a toilet bowl laying on the floor outside the window and the table where the help takes their break and smoke cigarettes and that was the junior suite view, it needs upgrades. it just is not worth the money that you spend, $12 a day to park a car per day and $25 to check in early, as a Hilton member that is ridiculous. The decor reminded me of when I stayed there about 5 years ago when I had a horse running in Saratoga and it basically hasn’t changed since then. They need to redo the entire place and they need to find help that actually helps you Then maybe I would stay there again other than that never again! Checking in They had bellhop to help you to your room checking out, My girlfriend was told oh we have no more carts at this time and no bellhops to be found so we needed To bring downstairs in four trips our own bags, never again!! I will give kudos to one thing the restaurant and the owner (Pat) is dynamite very attentive and very good. Other than that I’d give it two stars. Trust me look elsewhere or waste your money."

"This location was in a good location with a convenient parking lot and multiple access points with card access. The pool area was clean with towel and bathroom and the laundry room/ gym area is clean and organized. Front desk staff were always available and very friendly! The breakfast was well served and plenty available for guests! As for the bedroom I was given; The room was very clean and bathroom was spotless. This was by far one of the most best for your budget deals with lots of nearby areas for food, gas station."

"During a family celebration, we recently stayed at Saratoga Casino Hotel, and the staff truly went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. They checked in to ensure everything was perfect and handled every request with kindness. What stood out most was the exceptional cleanliness of the entire hotel including our room. Housekeeping maintained it to a meticulous standard. It was clear that the staff goes beyond routine cleaning—they aim for perfection. Definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at during our travels. Had a celebratory dinner at Morton's Steakhouse, Exceptional service and atmosphere that elevated the entire experience. Every detail—from the attentive staff to the perfectly cooked dinners—made this one of the best dining experiences. Upon noticing that it was a family celebration they created a personal touch by printing special graduation menus."

"The room looks nice. There were some condition issues. Example chipped marble, some wallpaper, not lining up put the Internet did not work at all constantly bouncing in and out and very limited phone service. Not a good choice if you’re here for work or need to communicate with anybody."

"While the staff was friendly and helpful, the general area is not the most appealing. A shortage of actual "restaurants" means you're limited to eating at fast food spots. Not an easy area to walk in either, as the few sidewalks I found were uneven, broken, or littered with trash. The hotel itself is OK if you just need a bed and a shower but if you're looking for a getaway weekend with your partner or you're on a business trip, this might not be the place for you. Staff is excellent."
