"This hotel was very clean, the beds were comfy. It had a nice breakfast with a variety. It also deserts that they offered at night. The pool was also nice."
"The room was nice and clean. The breakfast is very good. They have a good selection for breakfast. The property was clean and neat and seemed to be very well maintained."
"My husband and I rented a small studio condo for 4 nights which was clean and had everything we needed. We arrived after hours but if you call to let them know (as requested) they'll give you instructions on how to get your key out of their locker unit and other important instructions. They have it set up quite nicely.
I thought the bed was comfortable, however my husband didn't agree( He does have some back issues). It was nice to have a small fridge and sink, stove and microwave with plates and utensils. It did have a small stackable washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the dryer wasn't working properly and since we were doing our laundry late the evening before checkout we didn't call maintenance since we didn't deem it an emergency. We ended up going to a laundrymat that was still open about 15 minutes away.
There is a gym at the clubhouse which had some weight equipment, which I used, and some treadmills, elliptical and stationary bikes. Out of those, the stationary bikes worked the best. I didn't use the pool but I could see it from the gym and it looked nice and clean and people seemed to enjoy swimming or relaxing there.
Overall, I'd stay at the location again. We would probably go for a larger unit. Everyone was extremely friendly, even the guards at the gate were a pleasure, and we felt the place was clean and safe and a great price. There was no problem with parking either and it was very quiet."
"I booked a trip for my 12yo son and myself. Branson is nearly 6 hours away from our home. Unfortunately, on my first night at the resort, I had a medical emergency and was admitted to the hospital for several days. The resort staff were so kind and helpful. Not only did they allow a family member to stay in our suite so he could care for our son while I was in the hospital, but they also called to check on me after the hospitilization. Before this, when we checked in, our room was immaculate and clean. The free amenities and activities on site were outstanding. I have since recovered and am not rebooking our stay for next month!"
"very nice place to stay but don't go during a holiday weekend. Lots of people and not enough elevators. It was crazy when we decided to check out. We ended uptaking the stairs cause the wait for the elevators was stupid. But all in all we really enjoy out stay."
