「Staff sucked took 20 mins to get the to the front to check us in they stood outside smoking a cigarette and talking. Rooms was kinda gross for the money I’ve stayed at way nicer places for less money 」

「The rooms that we were forced to use were smoking rooms. I did not reserve and pay for smoking rooms. We were informed at check in after a 4 hour drive to get there that's all they had remaining. We were in town for a funeral service and did not arrive until later that night. Unfortunately due to the non refundable policy, we had to use them or forfeit a hefty fee for two rooms.
