不喜歡：整潔度和住宿環境和硬體
The rooms that we were forced to use were smoking rooms. I did not reserve and pay for smoking rooms. We were informed at check in after a 4 hour drive to get there that's all they had remaining. We were in town for a funeral service and did not arrive until later that night.
Unfortunately due to the non refundable policy, we had to use them or forfeit a hefty fee for two rooms. My family of 5 which included 3 kids had to endur rooms that were unbecoming of a decent hotel. The rooms needed plenty of TLC from exhaust vent cleaning , paint refresh, or a remodel in general. The staff were nice but I can understand why the ratings may not be very favorable at this time. I didn't know that smoking was still allowed in hotel rooms due to potential fire and health hazards Oh I forgot to mention that the top bed sheets in both beds in one room had what appeared to be cigarette burn holes. We will NEVER stay here again. I highly recommend a MAJOR CHANGE at this location which would include a remodel. I also recommend thinking twice before considering a stay here.
