「They allow pets for a fee」

「We reserved an Executive room through expedia and paid for that, but we were checked in to a small basic room. We were told it was expedias fault. AC makes a big loude noise , so was disturbing sleeping, a small shampoo tube, but was half empty, carpet felt sticky and dirty.」

「After booking a suite with pet a week in advance, when we arrived at the hotel was told, " no pets in suite."」

「The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint.」

「Ac was already on 66 degrees. Bathtub and shower were great and hot water was nice and hot very fast. Bed was super comfortable. Fridge, TV, microwave were great.」

「For the price, it wasn't great, but not bad. The room was a very nice size, but I did not find the king sized bed or pillows comfortable. I was excited about the idea of the jetted tub, but it has such a high step to get in it and the tub is so slippery that it felt like a safety hazard and I chose not to use it. Also, the elevator is super far from the lobby so if you can get a first floor room, you should.」

「This is an older hotel so keep that in mind. It was very clean and did not have any bad smells. Some stuff could use updating. The front desk staff was simply amazing. We were greeted with a smile each time we came and went. The lady that checked us in upgraded us to a suite without us even mentioning it. She was the absolute best! Wish I could remember her name.」

「I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading.」

「Room was clean One bed cover had a burned cigarette hole in it. Room smelled like mold. Broken AC controls cover. Lobby very dark. Location very far from eberything. Check in was painful. Lost the reservation that we've made a month in advace and pre-paid via Expidia. Tried to charge us again ! Had to put a $ 105.00 deposit for room and key that we think was a scam. Front desk check person not friendly. Location of hotel listed with Expidia is not correct. Actually this hotel is listed in the ...
