「I REALLY wanted to love this hotel. It’s a nice hotel, it’s clean, affordable, and the location is great. We stayed for two nights. Check-in clerk was rude from the moment I greeted him. 「This hotel wasn't the nicest hotel we stayed at, but would stay at again. It was clean but definitely not the most up-to-date hotel. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only real complaint I have would be that the hot tub had so much chlorine in it, that we couldn't even sit in it because it burned our eyes so bad.」

「We had booked a different hotel this trip. However when we got to our hotel we had booked the room was gross and the pool was not working so we were scrambling to find another place to go and could not have been more happy to find this place and now every time we go back to Kings Island this will be where we stay. Amanda who worked at the front desk was amazing so welcoming. Can’t wait to come back」
