「Such a charming hotel, centrally located in downtown. We stayed for 5 nights. Everyone was super friendly! Breakfast was good, the same variety every day, and the buffet was always replenished. The lounge/tables/restaurant area is beautiful. 「We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived! We were provided bottled water and cookies. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. The continental breakfast was good and the staff kept all the different food items stocked. The staff was always polite and eager to assist if needed.」

「The hotel hosted a large biker organization for the 3 days prior to our stay. The property was left filthy and in disarray. There was trash all over the parking lot, so much to the point that I did not feel safe parking in some areas for concern over broken glass or other sharp items. The interior of the hotel was left a mess. The cleaning and maintenance staff were clearly overwhelmed by the mess left by the group after their lingerie party and Sunday morning pool party.
