「The room was decent and the bed comfortable. The issue we had was the bar had closed at 10.25pm and the bar staff wouldn’t serve us despite us having been told that it would be open until 11pm. We weren’t even allowed to add drinks to our bill and have them in our room because the barman said he’s closed all the tills. He said we could go to the local garage if we wanted to buy alcohol - not exactly what you expect when staying in a hotel.」

「絕對是物超所值的一家飯店，地點絕佳餐廳好吃，服務人員態度超好，住了兩晚實在不夠深度了解北威爾斯，希望能再次造訪，唯一是導航地點有點不正確，一過橋就到旅館了，導航會報過頭。」

「The shower is so small my 5"1' self couldn't turn around. The toilet paper sat on top of the towels with "who gives a crap" wrapped around it. The room itself looked like someone shopped at goodwill to decorate it. The bed was hard. There was seriously no thought in the room. The staff were not around. Overall it was one of the worst places I have stayed at.」

「The location of the hotel was ideal. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, but could do with sprucing up and updating. The bed was comfortable, and the shower over the bath was nice and powerful. The staff were friendly. The bar and restaurant were cosy and the breakfast room was light and bright. We had the continental breakfast, which was lovely, with a choice of cereals, fabulous choice of fresh fruit and juices, ham & cheese, Danish pastries, toast, and individual pots of tea & coffee. ...
