"My wife and i took our two adult children to Big Island this year for a family vacation. They needed their own rooms and bathrooms and Paniolo Greens was PERFECT! Very roomy with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, a living room, full kitchen and balconies for each room. Had a great time and the condo was a great home base for our trip. Would stay at again for sure! "This is a fantastic property where we spent a 5-day family getaway. The unit is spacious, clean, fully equipped overlooking a beautiful golf court. Shops, grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. About 10-30 minutes to any of the well-known beaches. It will take about 2 to 2.5 hours to go to the volcano. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. Definitely will consider staying there again. "

"We booked through Expedia and didn’t know anything about the property that wasn’t listed. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely book again! The condo was well equipped, had nice furnishings, the pool with ocean view was amazing and overall such a safe high end area. Our whole group couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. "

"I wish the music starts from 5 and ends at 7, this is because a lot of tourists go out in the morning and won’t come back until evening. We never had a chance to listen to the music. I also wish the bistro opens until 7;30. 6pm is too early. We were not able to get food unless we drive out. "

"The property itself has only one entrance. We stayed at the Ocean Tower which is about an 8-10 minute walk. However they do offer a free tram service to take you to other locations, as well as a boat. The views make this place! It’s by the ocean front, and they do have a rocky beach. There are three pools, two child-friendly pools, and one adult pool. And they’re very clean! They also have a sealed-off part of the ocean where you can paddle board, kayak, snorkel, or just swim! The water is very clean, and it’s filled with beautiful fish that you can just watch all day. The staff are very friendly and helpful! We didn’t have any negative interactions with any members of their team. We didn’t eat on property, but we would walk every day to the King or Queen’s shops, which are located about 35 minutes away, walking distance. There is a good variety of things to eat there, as well as a market for convenient shopping! To the left of the property is the Waikoloa Beach, which offers plenty of room for tourism and some a turtle preserve. Although it was a bit pricy, we did think it was worth the stay! It was beautiful!"
