"Absolutely terrible experience at the Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa. Easily one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. We found cockroaches inside our room, and even saw cockroaches in the lobby area. Completely unacceptable for a hotel that charges premium resort prices. To make things worse, we had to pay oversized parking fees for our vehicle, which felt excessive on top of everything else. The noise was nonstop. One night we had to call and complain because other guests were yelling, making noise late at night, and even throwing things outside the rooms. It felt unsafe and chaotic, not relaxing at all. The staff was unable to properly handle the situation and acted like offering a $50 discount would somehow compensate for the horrible experience. It honestly felt dismissive and disrespectful considering the conditions. This hotel is poorly managed, dirty, noisy, and absolutely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and would strongly recommend others avoid this place. 0 star. Not recommended."

"Everything in this place was basically the landlord special covered up paint metal on the room. Nothing was ever easy with them. It was always a hassle to get our room cleaned or even to get towels because they only do every other day service when we asked to have our room cleaned the day before we left. They told us that they would try, but there wouldn’t be any promises. Also, if you plan to be out most of the day there’s a pretty good chance that they won’t get to your room elevators are designed so badly they take forever a lot of hidden fees not even talking about the resort fees. The only good thing about this hotel was the restaurant."

"It's nothing fancy but it has more than some of the high end hotels. Staff is great from the front of the house to house keeping. The knowledge of the surrounding area for food recommendations and activities. The house keeping where very good and nice and whatever you need they got for you. One of the biggest things was the free laundry service and supplying you with soap and dryer sheets. They have a lot of little things that make a beach day perfect by letting you use beach chairs and umbrellas even sunblock and aloe vera for the sun burned. It's a hiding gem walking distance to everything. It was our first time going to Hawaii and they made it memorable"

"Hotel was nice but not special. The furniture was run down but there was a lot of space in the junior suite. Pool was ok but not great and no beach view. I also requested an ocean front and hot ocean view. Wouldn’t stay again despite location is right in the center."
