"We enjoyed our stay however we did find the lack of tea and coffee making facilities where troublesome, being brits we like to have a cup of tea in the afternoon! But the room was very clean, serviced everyday and pretty certain we had fresh linen on the bed everyday. Didn’t try any of the food or drink options, the filtered water in reception was a god send and the receptionist who checked us in and out was delightfully pleasant to deal with. It’s a bit of a walk to the station but location wise you can reach everywhere in the city pretty easily!"

"The best thing about this hotel was the location just a stone's throw away from the Berlin Hauptbahnhof, which made travel to and from and within Berlin relatively simple (hint: make sure you get separate online maps of the U-Bahn and S-Bahn systems before going to Berlin). Also, in the Hbf, there is a VERY convenient and reasonably priced "BIO" supermarket. The hotel staff were nice enough but not particularly knowledgeable about Berlin. My wife and I particularly objected to the check-in procedure, which required our jet-lagged selves to fill out a bunch of information online which should have already been in their system. Also, the staff failed on two days to refill our Nespresso pods, a minor irritant, but for the money we were paying, not acceptable. And for that money there should have been 4 pods for two people, not 2. Fortunately, there was an on-street coffee kiosk 50 meters from the hotel. We would stay here again, all things considered . The housekeeping and HVAC systems were very good. And again, the location is unbeatable."

"The hotel is in the middle of everything, very accessible for public transport, shops, restaurants and many more. Staff are very nice from day one to our check out. Food in the hotel not that good in a Radisson hotel. And another thing negative minor comment from us was emptied hand towels and emptied shower gel which unlikely strange to a Radisson because I am a Radisson booker myself. It was not really a concern to us because we brought our own shower gel but ofcourse my concern for those costumers who didn't brought shower gel themselves. But still I would highly recommend this hotel for some other reasons."

"Stayed for a week with a family of 5. Apartment was clear, nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week in Berlin. Transport links to the centre were exceptional, 1 stop to Hauptbanhof. Convenient location for shops and some local restaurants. It’s a very urban place, but to be honest, if you don’t like that, why are you in Berlin - we didn’t feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, lots of knowledge about the area and couldn’t do enough to help."

"Good location, We were on motorbikes so secure parking was a must and was good. Breakfast was really good with lots to choose from. Downside was no air conditioning it was extremely warm in the room. Other than that staff were really friendly and helpful."
