The hotel was in a very convenient location - close to the metro but also within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. There are elevators on site with a bar. I do wish the bar served more food instead of mainly drinks, but other than that, it was a great stay.

Wonderful hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Less than 5 mins walk from the HBH (main train station), so was able to be at the hotel less than an hour after landing. They allowed us to check in at 11am AND gave us a free upgrade. Bar downstairs was lovely and intimate, and a nice selection of German beers for €5. Very close to some of the main attractions, including the Reichstag. And there's a wonderful Vietnamese place around the corner too. Overall extremely impressed and would stay again.

Room was very clean. WiFi pretty good. TV stations not so good. Bathroom is compact and no fan. However we liked the contemporary renovations to the room with plenty of electrical outlets. Bed was firm, yet comfortable. Elevators were quick and efficient. We really loved the fact that we were allowed early check in at noon instead of 3 pm. A big plus. Overall, I would have given 5 stars but made it 4. Reason is because as we were heading for our first outing, my wife wanted to fill her water bottle as there was a water dispenser adjacent to the front desk. As she was about to fill her bottle, a staff member told her “No, do not fill your bottle here. Go to the bar over there and they will fill it for you”. I walked over towards bar and noticed no one over there. So instead of waiting we decided to head out anyways and buy water at the supermarket. Henceforth, we felt offended when we as paying guests were forbidden to pour water from their dispenser, To me this is not true customer service.
