「It was my first time using digital passkey so it was a little confusing but nice way of going in and out. The room was clean and subtle. Bathroom was really nice. We came late night it would have been nice to have free bottled water In the fridges just like the complementary tea/coffee is provided as the places.around the area is closed. 「Wir haben spontan gebucht und wurden um 21:30 Uhr sehr herzlich von Anneke empfangen. Es ist alles sehr herzlich, man kann sich nur wohlfühlen. Die Betten sind groß und bequem, 2 Einzelbetten nebeneinander. Alles super sauber. Parken kostet nicht extra, Hund 7,50 Euro/Tag, was wirklich fair ist. Nachts ist es herrlich ruhig. Frühstück 9-10 Uhr ist eine sehr angenehme Zeit. 」

「The hotel is being renovated, so some parts of the building are temporarily unavailable. Other than that, the hotel is wonderful, and the staff is extremely friendly. The town is beautiful and very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.」

「Et rigtig dejligt hotel i highend klassen med god luksus for pengene. Morgenmaden var rigtig god, med live cooking og et godt udvalg af div. Der manglede dog sukkerfri produkter til folk med diabetes, men der var et mindre udvalg glutenfri produkter. Der ud over kan nævnes at der er ca 35. Min. Gang til den gamle bydel og havnen i Hoorn, hvor der findes mange hyggelige værtshuse med rigtig god stemning og mulighde for en øl og en en bid mad Alt i alt et dejligt ophold kan varmt anbefales.」

「L'hébergement était impécable. Le service dans le restaurant pourait être mieux. L'attente pour les boissons et les plats était beaucoup trop long. Nous avons du attendre au moins 1 heure entre l'entrée et le plat consistant et nous avons du demander àpres, si non je croix qu'on attendait encore.」
