「Close to the beach & the airport Karteros Hotel is in a great location. It is also 20 mins by bus from the port. WiFi is good, the room is large with lots of plug ports & a good sized bathroom. Breakfast had a wide selection of fruit, salad, hot items, pastries, fruit juice, hot drinks & more. The pool is large but not heated so can be chilly. A lovely one night stay. 」

Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. 「Overall check in time was very late. Not many guests so not sure why it took so long. Mold smell in room, back door to pool didn’t work well, and a ton of fruit flies in the dining area. Overall cleanliness near the food area wasn’t great. Just an ok experience. 」
