「Please provide a simple breakfast for such a high room price!」

「I had an excellent stay. Despite any negative reviews I had read, my room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were helpful, special shout-out to Smith at the desk for being friendly and helpful. It is a budget motel but it was perfect for my needs and I didn't have any problems in the 4 days I was there 」

The light in the shower area needs replaced with a bright white light because the light that was installed is a dungeon light, very dim. During breakfast there was a group of people standing around being loud, not moving to let others serve themselves, which was all very rude(not the hotels fault). 」

「Newer property. Very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Bathroom is nice—has a curved shower rod, grab bar for tub/shower combo and nicely decorated. Small refrigerator and coffee nook. Very nice 55” wall mounted TV. Nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.」

「Our room was clean and nice. The facility was lovely and the restaurant on the 1st floor was great! I don’t like that they won’t accept cash but that doesn’t change the experience. Saida at the front desk was awesome! We were told a bus to the Grand Ole Opry was available but it wasn’t and she took it upon herself to get us there without any problems. Her help was truly appreciated! Thank you!」

「1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange...

「Manager on duty at check in was extremely friendly and over accommodating. Rooms nice clean and comfortable. also they have partnerships with a couple nearby restaurants that do delivery to room that was great after a long days travel, and their food was fantastic. Strongly recommend. 」

「The room is OK but the air conditioner was extremely loud and kept shedding off and even though I had to set to go well lower than the room temperature. Not well insulated as from the living we could actually hear others talking from their living area across the hall! 」
