「The property smells and there are air fresheners throughout to hide the smell. In the elevator there are chemical burns on the ceiling from the air fresheners. There are multiple rat traps around the property outside. But worst of all my husband and I also gotten bitten by bed bugs. Do NOT stay here!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!!」

「The front desk hung up on me when I called to ask a question. The check-in was difficult, and the room was disgusting. This hotel did not feel safe either. It was also much further away from destinations than stated. I requested a refund through the property after sending photos of hair and stains on the beds; however, they refused to work with Expedia to issue a refund. The hotel will also charge a $250 security deposit upon arrival. Do not stay here, my family left due to the unsanitary...

「Room had hair every where. The sink was flooded and the room overall was just old and needs renovation. It was cool for just one night but definitely would not stay more than one night.」

「This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is clean and updated. The staff is kind and helpful. We had a slow drain issue and the front desk staff was very helpful with immediately responding to the problem. The staff appears to be trained in multiple areas to help everything run smoothly. The bed was extremely comfortable. I couldn’t feel my husband get in and out the bed. I slept well with no backache in the morning.」

「Room was disgusting. Sheets were not clean. Bathroom was fully stocked with dirty towels with visible stains. The room was advertised as wheel chair accessible, however, it was not at all. The space between the bed and "entertainment" center was far too narrow to get a chair through. On top of that, though being advertised as wheel chair accommodations, the bath tub had a two foot tall lip. This room was not accommodating at all. Absolutely horrendous environment and room.」
