This place exceeded our expectations! The location is superb—right in the heart of the historical district, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Staff was very attentive and friendly…especially the nice woman who checked us in at 9:30 pm to on Saturday night. There’s a very decent pizzeria and pasta ristorante right below the hotel that was serving at 10 pm, also with an excellent staff. Breakfast was worth the 8-9 euros and was quite pleasant…so all round excellent.

The staff were amazing. I was here because my daughter had a medical emergency while in Italy studying abroad. The staff went out of there way to meet my needs and even provided me with snacks to take to the hospital.

Summer travelers BEWARE. The AIR CONDITIONING in this hotel is a joke! (And I had difficulty booking another hotel from here after one night here because the wi-fi sucks as well.) Staff is very nice, parking is good.

Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita, insonorizzata, con le principali dotazioni tra cui cassaforte, frigo-bar e wi-fi gratuito. Parcheggio interno viedosorvegliato a pagamento, con costo contenuto (5,00€), oltre a parcheggio pubblico gratuito nelle vicinanze. Colazione ottima, con presenza di dolci e bevande di ogni tipo, a buffet, oltre a ulteriori bevande su richiesta. il personale alla reception e alla colazione gentilissimo e professionale.
