"When I went into my room, there was a cockroach all on the bed for the staff put a different different role and that one I saw another road in the morning bathtub was disgusting. Had to pee in my clothes with my wife and daughter horrible service."

"We had to go to the front desk three times to get a key to open the door, then maintenance came bc it was broken. The toilet smelled like old pee the whole time. The window was broken and couldn’t close so it was drafty. There was a dirty towel on the floor when we checked into the room. "
