「酒店距離火車站3分鐘，隔離有超市，不過6時左右就close,附近冇餐廳選擇，只可以在酒店吃，不過都ok,酒店午餐唔算貴，酒店有露台，望見馬特雄峯，環境清幽，20分鐘有一班shuttle train 去策馬特，都幾方便，這個價錢比起住策馬特優勝，推薦」

「Overall the hotel room is exceptional, clean and well designed. Our room has a balcony and a nice Mountain View. They also serve tea/ snacks at 5-6pm and breakfast is really delicious with a large variety of choices. The staff at breakfast were great. The only disappointing moment was at check in: we were lead by Google maps to walk from train station 5min to an entrance of the hotel, at 5:15pm, and turned out it was locked. So we pressed the bell but after almost 10min no one answered. We saw...

After staying at a hotel in Basel, we came to appreciate that what the Stockalperhoff offered, was small, personable and very enjoyable. Not fancy, but very clean. We give it 5 stars.」
