It was nice but not what we were expecting so we were a bit disappointed…again our fault so take this from that perspective. The food was awesome, the staff AMAZING!!!! And definitely recommend booking the Kawasan canyon tour thru the hotel!」

「This is my third time staying at Waterfront Airport, and I’ve been very pleased all three times. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, and you simply can’t beat the location across from the Cebu airport. When I’ve travelled with carry one luggage only, it’s an easy walk from either terminal to the hotel. But the free shuttle service is very convenient when I’ve had lots of luggage. Service has always been good and fast - the last time I stayed here I was traveling with my toddler and housekeeping...

「Everything is quite good. Big and cozy room, quite environment at high level. The only thing need to improve is that I have to wait for around 15 mins when I Check in at around 7pm. The staff need to answer the call and hold me; and the room is yet ready, need 10 more mins to get the card.」
