「well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive. The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old. I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady. The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath. there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated...

「Very satisfied from check-in to check-out, from the front desk personnel to the chef. It was only a one night stay so our dinner and breakfast was preordered upon check-in. My family enjoyed the food so thank you, Chef Daryl! I have to mention an employee by the name of Karen. Karen was not only courteous and helpful at the Front Desk but we watched her work in the heat to maintain a clean and presentable resort. We can't say enough on how good of a person Karen is. 「The faucets are loose and about to fall off when you turn to open water. The air-conditioning unit barely work, this the room is so hot. There are cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. We were not comfortable at all thus we had to check out 3 days earlier. I can commend the staff though , they are helpful and try to accommodate to requests but with limited resources they can only do so much. The location is good.」
