"airport shuttle arrived on time to pick us up at the hotel in the morning which was comforting for an early morning flight."

"I booked this hotel because it had everything, most importantly a pool and hot tub. Everything was top knotch until we went to use the pool and hot tub and there were 20 plus screaming kids with little to no parents around to supervise. Beyond disappointing and even worse, the water quality in both the pool and hot tub after the screaming mini’s had been there for so long. There should be a time frame as to when kids should be out of the pools by 7pm and adults only until 10/11pm. "

"There was one staff member, he did the overnight shift who was very helpful and nice. The hotel was in pretty rough shape overall: barely functioning TV, elevator, damaged doors, uncomfortable beds, etc. I will stay at a different hotel next time."

"Property is clean. Breakfast is decent. It's $17 per night to park there and this is not disclosed anywhere before you arrive. Also, the $17 does NOT cover for 24 hours -- we paid at 9pm and it "expired" at 8am. Pretty ridiculous to charge for parking, imo. We are already paying to stay there -- it's just a gimmick to get more money out of you and that's sad. "

"They were changing the carpet and moving rooms around and the dust from the old carpet was all in the air for days I stepped in glue from the carpet it was unbearable "

"I booked this room because the jacuzzi and pool for my grand daughter and was kind of upset because it’s was having maintenance issue . The room was semi clean . The counters and down the bathroom sink was not clean there was something running down it looked like crusted white stuff. The phone would not work it jus charged so had to go to hallways phone to call which no one picked up anyways. We stayed here a year ago with a much better experience so that’s why we booked here again. Asked for someone to Chang ring our towels but never did I had to go down and ask for them . "

"The property is old and in need of a remodel. Rooms are plain and frayed. Staff were super helpful. The snack store and breakfast were well stocked. Coffee was cold at 7 am. Shuttle was quick."
