Nice clean basic accommodation

Automatic check-in was straight forward. Got the code from the machine and went to the room. Room was spacious enough for our needs but 4 in the room would be tight. Supermarket and McDonalds were a 5 minute walk away but you will need a car or a taxi if you want to get anywhere else. Overall a pleasant stay.

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s aprĂšs la fermeture de la rĂ©ception. HĂŽtels.com nous avez envoyez un code de rĂ©sa par mail mais il ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dĂ» appeler l’assistance de B&B hĂŽtel pour finaliser notre arrivĂ©e. Heureusement, tout est rentrĂ© dans l’ordre aprĂšs 15 mn de stress. Pour le reste, tout est ok avec un trĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ© prix.

Pas certain de revenir.

Avant 17h00, passage obligĂ© par une borne Ă  condition d'avoir le bon numĂ©ro de rĂ©servation, pourtant transmis par le site. au final, chambre pas prĂȘte Ă  16h30. Petit dĂ©jeuner Ă  06h30 mais pas prĂȘt avant 6h45, oeufs brouillĂ©s de la veille Ă  faire rĂ©chauffer au micro-ondes.

Chambre malpropre.

Une nuitĂ©e aprĂšs une visite familiale Ă  Saint Étienne. Accueil tres sympathique par une jeune employĂ©e. Chambre pour 2. Rideaux sur la fenĂȘtre tachĂ© : cafĂ©, sang ? Literie plutĂŽt propre. Sol : sale et poussiĂ©reux. Grand tapis au sol sale et qui sent mauvais. Mobilier non lavĂ©. Salle de bain vĂ©tuste. La chambre pour le prix de 73 € avec 2 petits dĂ©jeuners Ă  8,90 € chacun, Ă©tait vraiment malpropre. Un gros effort Ă  faire. Je pense qu'il faut donner les moyens au personnel de pouvoir travailler correctement.

.appel sur la borne d’aide on nous dit que quelqu’un va arrivĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception dans les 5 min 
.30 min aprĂšs toujours personne 
vers 17h30 un appel d’un portable pour nous dire qu’on va nous donner une autre chambre alors que nous venions de nous installer 
.je demande un petit geste commercial pour le dĂ©sagrĂ©ment on me demande de faire un mail
.alors que j’avais la personne au tĂ©lĂ©phone
de plus nous avions une chambre pour 4 personnes les lits pour les enfants n’étaient pas fait les draps Ă©tait juste posĂ©s sur les lits Ă  nous de les faire pas trĂšs professionnel déçu de notre sĂ©jour dans cet hĂŽtel
