「We booked 2 double bed room and they gave us one room that squeezed in a double bed and a bunk bed that left us no space to walk or open the luggage. The other room is bigger but hey I only booked a double bed room, not a double bed, a bunk bed, and one folding single bed. Anyways, the reception told me they gave the other double bed rooms to other people and have no correct rooms for us. We had to all squeezed into the bigger room for 2 nights. The reception is rude and not even understand...

「They go for luxury but fail on the basics. The wow factor double jet bath drained very slowly subsequently leaving a layer of scum at the bottom of the tub. Watching said crud squirt from the jets on first activation was a very unpleasant experience. Worse was the fact the door to the room did not lock meaning anyone who could access the hotel could walk in. The obvious fear being theft of valuables while out. However, there was the added fear of someone walking in and immedialty seeing you...

「Das Frühstück ist definitiv ausbaufähig. Es gab nur Putenbrust oder Salami oder Käse.Es wurde auf Wunsch Rührei oder Spiegelei frisch zubereitet. Es gab auch Obst, Tomaten, Gurken und Datteln. Cornflakes, Müsli und Joghurt waren auch vorhanden. Das Zimmer war riesig. Wir hatten mit 3 Personen mehr als genug Platz. Leider konnte man den Innenpool nicht nutzen, da man die Nutzung zahlen sollte, OBWOHL davon NICHTS in der Hotelbeschreibung steht. Ich erwarte dann das man das in die...

「Don’t be fooled by the old industrial entrance door disguising this peaceful minimalist design hotel. My friend and I spent 3 nights and this stay in Palermo was the highlight of our 9 day Sicily trip. The staff made us feel so welcome at every encounter, making dinner reservations, highlighting spots in the City and being so accommodating. Lovely peaceful rooms and a huge roof deck where breakfast is served. Highly recommend!!!!! We’ll be back. 」
