「Beautiful hotel 」

「Perfect for my requirements as I spend very little time at the accommodation. It had a bed, shower and a little kitchen so I could make a snack and coffee. Hosts were excellent in both communication and welcome. As far as location goes, it couldn’t be better. Right in the centre of Historic Palermo without it. Wing complicated to find or get to. Everything if interest literally 5 to 10 minutes away. Exceptional value. If this was my property, I’d be charging double! 」

「We booked 2 double bed room and they gave us one room that squeezed in a double bed and a bunk bed that left us no space to walk or open the luggage. The other room is bigger but hey I only booked a double bed room, not a double bed, a bunk bed, and one folding single bed. Anyways, the reception told me they gave the other double bed rooms to other people and have no correct rooms for us. We had to all squeezed into the bigger room for 2 nights. The reception is rude and not even understand...

The property is a hidden gem—you only realize its charm once you step through the first gate, as they’ve beautifully preserved the city’s historic architecture. 「Ho avuto un’esperienza bellissima in questo posto, in questa casa. Perché è più casa che hotel. Avevo due camere, una camera tipo salotto con cucina tavolo sofà e poi la stanza da letto e due bagni pure! La casa stessa è in un palazzo del quattrocento ed entri dall’arco dei Cartari che è molto bello. I mobili sono antichi ma è tutto anche molto moderno, pulito e comodissimo. Ma è la signora, la proprietaria che è così splendida, molto molto gentile. Non vedo l’ora di tornare qui un giorno...
