「Lovely brand new hotel couldn’t fault a thing - easy to get to from the main motorways arrived very late Friday early hours sat morning the chap on reception was super nice and very friendly . Swimming pool outside will be lovely in the summer to cold in January . Recommend this hotel .」

La titolare è gentile e disponibile (al checkout però abbiamo provato a chiamarla per consegnare le chiavi ma non ha risposto nessuno è abbiamo dovuto lasciarle sul bancone della reception chiusa). 「Taking over 1 hour to check-in and another 1 hour to check out. A waste of time there. Double confirmed with the front desk to check out at 8am, but finally the check out was done until 9am. Small hotel with difficulty to find the place. Would never recommend to anybody.」

「Awesome place a lot of space a small walk to the town center, there’s a little tapas restaurant the second you walk outside and you have the Michelangelo plaza directly above you. Only downside was it was a tad stinky but I think that’s most of what you get for an old Firenze building」
