「The air conditioner was rattling and very loud. There was something above the bathroom ceiling that sounded like water running that never shut off.
When we came down at 8:30 to get breakfast and checkout there was no coffee in the breakfast area or lobby and they were out of eggs and waffle batter.
The pool and hot tub were great and our room was very clean.」

「Room and hallways floor were not clean. Plus, the breakfast left much to be desired. Especially at the price they charged, I expected more. I would not stay here again.」

「Pretty basic but very satisfactory. Clean quiet room (despite a very full hotel) and friendly helpful staff.
We had a “family” room (really 2 adjoining rooms) which worked well for us. Nice view of the mountains too.」

「Clean rooms. Comfortable stay. The checkout policy was a bit intense. Check out at 10:00 AM. We were out our last morning, but returned at 9:30 and were locked out of the room. They did reactivate our card key, but it was a bit alarming.」
