「Everything was great except the batteries in the tv remote weren't any good. took two more remotes before one finally worked. Apparently the front desk isn't allowed to keep spare batteries」

「We were there for my father’s celebration of life! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One of our reasons for picking the hotel was the pool and its proximity to the Hawthorne Community, where he had lived! The service from hotel staff was friendly and efficient! The breakfast had a good choice of food to choose from that my picky eater found something she liked and enjoyed! The room was clean and comfortable the lobby was clean and comfortable area! All staff we encountered were friendly and kind!」
