「The staff were amazing, from the front desk staff to the staff at the restaurant - the brush and the staff who serviced the breakfast buffet on Saturday the 24th of January 26 and the front desk staff on the evening of the 23rd Jan 26… amazing women who were empathetic, kind and so lovely. The room service staff as well were fantastic. I stayed with my two kids and really enjoyed our stay. My son is autistic and I was nervous about spending a night away from home and the staff were wonderful....

「Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money in the expensive London. Transportation to the city centre is just around the corner. There is no elevator in the building and may be difficult to carry your luggages to the 2/F through the narrow staircase.」

「太棒的住宿體驗！飯店新穎、設計風格絕佳。如果是要在倫敦旅遊2日以上的人一定要選這家，方便洗烘衣物、提供的餐點內容也很豐富，我們自己做了晚餐、早餐，在高物價的倫敦，有飯店提供這些自助的設備資源是很重要的事。（唯一能改善的是能改用木鏟炒菜會更好，平底鍋都刮傷了XD）」

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「We logeerden graag in dit sfeervolle hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kleinschaligheid van het hotel vond ik een groot pluspunt. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers. 」

「Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Direkt vor der Tür eine Bushaltestelle zur Liverpool Street Station. Diese ist aber auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen, wir hatten wirklich einen tollen Aufenthalt.」

「I had a lovely stay at this conveniently located hotel. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils, which I greatly appreciated. I particularly liked the design; the sofa seamlessly connects to the bed, creating an interesting and functional layout. However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. 「Great accommodation. 3 adults on a leisure break & good to have a decent space. Sofa bed was comfortable & large. All staff really friendly. Great breakfast selection & quality. 5-10 minute walk to the tube. Shops & takeaways all around. A multi cultural area close to the city. I may have felt a bit hesitant to walk from the tube if alone due to groups of people around - although didn’t see anything which caused concern. Would definitely stay again if the price was good.」
