"Room clean and tidy all staff helpful "

"The room was lovely. Very well designed and comfortable. Only issue was the room was not very warm upon arrival. Other than that it met all expectations, cleanliness, comfort and customer service. Also would have been good to have a few toiletries, ( disposable toothbrush, hairbrush/comb etc). "

"The staff service was excellent, having put birthday items in my room for a birthday trip on my part. Balloons, a card, slice of cake and "happy birthday" written on the mirror were lovely touches. The room was lovely, and the steam room inside the shower an outstanding feature that should be sold more actively. "

"We were over the moon to get a room on the top floor, the view from our bedroom window was amazing! The bed was super comfy. The TV didn't work and the floors/under the bed and high surfaces weren't clean (some dust) but the rest of the room was perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying. "

"Check in was brilliant, it's a self serve and easy to use. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The only issue is that the bathroom door didn't close which could lead to embarrassment. The blackout blinds worked lovely. "
