"Apex is a wonderful hotel. Our rooms were clean and comfortable (especially the beds!). Size of bathroom was great as well with a bathtub and good sized shower. The closet space is generous, with mini fridge and kettle, tea and biscuits/popcorn; which is nice touch! The location: this hotel is 3-4 minute walk to Tower Hill tube station which makes it very easy to get around. Also very close to Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Thames, Leadenhall market, Sky Garden…it’s a fantastic location."

"The rooms are tiny and I booked the larger family room so I could have space. Then the hotel decided to move me into a tiny room without asking me. When I arrived to see my room that I didn't book, I was not happy. It took a minute to complain--which I shouldn't have to do if you just honor the room someone booked, you wouldn't hear complaints. "It's a clean, well maintained hotel in a good location, staff on reception were very polite. We had breakfast on the second day that had a few problems, nothing too serious, but I'm not giving it a perfect mark mainly because I thought the rooms were a bit cold in style. Nice big windows to keep it bright, but a bit small and I know booked the cheapest room, but it wasn't that cheap, which means there are better out there at this price range. "
