「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」

「We arrived after 4PM and did not found any contact for check-in we wait until 6PM anf then we had to look for another accomodation. On the Mail Box in front of the main door it was written a Family name, we could not get any code for get the key, There was not even a numbe of which appartment Lean Home, the we try with ebooker, No contact and so we changed our plane. I bookong over years with ebookers and never had such an experiance! I hope that we get our Money back.......」

「貝林左納市區能選擇的旅館很有限,我們預訂一間套房,住起來並不舒適,這間套房的房間格局在閣樓,房間高度很矮,ㄧ不留意頭會撞到屋頂木頭,套房的格局很不適當。 早餐還不錯,服務人員親切熱誠,到舊城市區開車約10-15分鐘。」

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「This was a lucky and incredible find!! Summer in Lake Como is very busy and I was lucky to find this beautiful hotel. The location, Tremezzo is perfect. You are walking distance to bars and restaurants and importantly a stones throw from a bus stop and ferry stop. The owners and staff are kind and very welcoming. 「It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.」
