"Our apartment suite was amazing. It had every comfort we could ask for and more. It was incredibly spacious with more storage space than we could use. It was much more than we could have hoped for. Unfortunately we only spent one night at the hotel due to our travel schedule but would have loved to have spent a few more nights there. The staff was extemely courteous and helpful. We would definitely return to the Novotel Hanoi without hesitation."

Highly recommend a massage at the spa, which was incredible. The rooftop bar is good too! My only small point would be that the bathroom was looking a bit tired compared to everything else in this hotel. Otherwise, it was perfect."

"Many other good hotels in the area, so I don't think I will return to this hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, in a quiet area which is close enough to the old quarter. Room was big and clean but with a musty smell. Pool and pool area are quite small and the water is cold. Pool menu is limited and overpriced. Did not take the breakfast as it was overpriced while there are alternatives around. "

The selection of breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails was impressive, with a good mix of local and international options. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Its location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around Hanoi.
