Staff were so nice and friendly. Loved the nightly light shows in the courtyard. The room was very comfortable. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by. Just a short walk to the UBahn at Schwedenplatz. Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable room. This hotel use to be a post office which was changed to a hotel. Very nicely decorated and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. The staff very helpful and friendly.

Newly open, all very new and clean. Great location walking distance from main interest points and metro, but just off from the beaten path so very quiet. Many dining options, market nearby. Most impressively facility uses a gym in same building which is amazing, has all you would ever need for fitnessing. Helpful nice staff.

We had very enjoyable stay, felt like apartment than hotel, spacious, clean. It has frig, microwave and full of utensils. Staff are very courteous and very responsive. More importantly close to almost all area attractions, in walking distance. Also close to underground station. We didn’t have time to check the gym. We will stay again if we come back in future, definitely recommend it.

Superior aparthotel in excellent location

A very well located hotel close to the city centre and u-bahn and S-bahn within 150 yards - and one U-bahn stop from airport train station. It opened just 3 days before out stay but everything was just fine, indeed better than one might hope for - and nothing was too much trouble for the very welcoming staff to deal with. Our Junior Suite was complete with microwave, hotplate, fridge and dishwasher - plus the most confirmable of beds.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by lovely, friendly staff who checked us in straight away and gave us great recommendations, as it was our first time in Vienna. Our room was spotless and beautifully presented. We stayed in a studio-style room with a large, comfortable bed, sofa and a TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix and Prime. The kitchen area was extremely well equipped with a Smeg toaster and kettle, fridge, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, pots and pans — everything you could need to cook. There was also a coffee machine, plus black and green tea, and a small bottle of milk in the fridge which was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was lovely, featuring a rainfall shower with an additional shower head, a large heated towel radiator, great shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, and a lit mirror. There were plenty of hangers and a safe; we had a small issue with this but reception arranged for it to be fixed immediately. We were visiting for my partner’s birthday and were surprised with a card, chocolates and a small bottle of prosecco, which was such a lovely gesture. Breakfast was à la carte and absolutely outstanding — the breakfast bap was genuinely the best breakfast we’ve ever had. The location was excellent, just one stop on the tram from St Stephen’s Cathedral or a short walk. We would 100% recommend this hotel.
