「Found the Hyatt House by searching for the closest hotels to the American Airlines Center. Only about a ten minute walk. The staff was extremely welcoming and transparent and did a wonderful job at making me and my friend feel welcome. The next time I go to an event at the AAC, I will be staying again. 」

「I did not need to use the laundry service as i was only here for one night but it was nice to have it available. There probably were shops nearby but i didn't really take notice of all that was in the area. We got here shortly before a concert, picked up keys, went to the concert, walked back to the building, and ordered Doordash. 」
