I had an amazing stay at the Fairmont Empress. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Victoria and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Hotel Grand Pacific
Room was clean, housekeeping responsive with towels blankets pillows. Had room service but was dinner not breakfast. Did not try hot tub nor did I have a jetted tub.
