「Proper traditional English hotel! Centre of Hartlepool. Reception staff very friendly as were cleaning staff I met. Quiet despite location and easy walking distance to transport networks.」

「The place isn't clean,the doors aren't functional,the service,no access to clean water,had to use water from toilet,which are not very clean,the Lady is very old,fogetful,spent standing in the cold cos she didn't me the access code,terrible place.」

No sound insulation between the rooms so you can hear everything going on in the rooms above and each side. The hotel bar was like walking into the bar in star wars, so we eat at a local restaurant nearby 」

「Basic but clean and comfortable, decent value for the price. Each apartment is 2-bed so kitchen and bathroom are only shared with one other guest room. Was upgraded from single to a double for no extra charge. The people upstairs were up all night but that could happen anywhere.」

「Perfect location. Bus stop and train station are close by. Property run down and in need of repairs. You get what you pay for! No internet in the rooms only in the pub next door. Can hear pigeons outside and sounded like something was in the loft. 」
