「Staff were great」

「The staff were wonderful, fun and extremely welcoming. We stayed for 2 cozy, autumnal nights and this place lived up to our expectations. Waking up to peacocks outside our window was an unexpected and enjoyable surrpise. 」

「Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were squeaky clean, comfortable, the TV and internet worked, people were welcoming and l loved to listen to the owls at night. Woke refreshed and had a wonderful shower!」

「We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Ideally located for our Alton Towers trip. Lots of nice restaurants in Leek too. Apartment was very comfortable, beds comfy too with crisp white linen and towels. Good instructions for entry. Some more information about bins etc would have been good. WiFi was a bit iffy at times but didn’t hugely impact on us. Connection instructions weren’t correct but we worked it out eventually. Would consider staying again when next visiting Alton Towers. 」

「The hotel was clean and I had a very good nights sleep. There was plenty of parking and evening meal was good. Wi Fi was not very good and 8 had no mobile signal throughout my stay.」
