「We were upgraded to the older part of the hotel and the room was very clean and tea, coffee and pretzels (a win), the bathroom was clean and had the normal amenities. The bed was so comfy and so we had a good nights sleep and the shower was powerful」

「Modern sleek hotel on Keele Uni campus. Beautiful spacious rooms with large walk in showers. Full marks to the cleaning staff as everything is imacculate. The staff at check-in, the bar , the restaurant were all very friendly and professional. Have to call out Connie who was really welcoming and managed to find me a table for dinner. Superb breakfast too. 👌 The only downside was the EV charging points were all taped up except one This could have been an issue if you were relying on charging up...
