「Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. 」

「The property presented with welcoming and helpful staff—they allowed us to store our ice cream for a birthday party the following morning. The room was clean; the hot breakfast was amazing; the shower head gave a great shower. Our only concern was the sink drain in Room 224 took ages to drain. Otherwise, our 3 day stay we definitely rate a 5 star visit!!」

「No intercom to communicate with reception ! The room given was a smoke room. I am not a smoker. I couldn’t sleep during most of the night with that heavy stinking smell to cigarette and smoke. All my clothes caught that smell. 」

「A/C worked but very noisy. No hot tub. Water was hot! Staff friendly and accommodating. Furniture very beat up and needs replacing. Bathroom fan very dirty, not sure if really was working. Fridge very noisy and door not fully closing. Ice machines were broken. No coffee machine in lobby. Bathroom floor grouting very dirty. Just could use a real overhaul.」

「The room was nice but the housekeeping did not do the best job sweeping the floors there was candy under the AC unit in front of the window. Yes they are pet friendly and that’s great but not when the pet’s owner drones not know how to keep their large dog from barking. The staff was amazing.」

「The entire property and our room was very clean and smelled fresh. Having an ice machine nearby in addition to the kitchen in our suite was a plus. Breakfast was fabulous and coffee was great!」

「Room was filthy, with flies and insects, it was non smoking but smelled like an ashtray. Found a dead rat in the parking lot. Terrible experience 」

「lamp and alarm clock were unplugged upon arrival; inside of lampshade was covered in cobwebs; curtains were damaged; sink was not cleaned, wall & bottom of shower could use cleaning as well; pretty sure the sheets were not changed after the last person. nothing worth changing a one-night stay over, but wouldn’t stay for more than that. front desk people were very nice though :)」
