「Nice property, friendly staff, clean, comfortable and exceptionally quiet room.
My ONLY complaint is that I had to check out before the night clerk had access to the room scheduling software. Huh? He told me that he couldn't check anyone out before 0400. I had to leave at about 0310.
Still waiting for my receipt....and I've already had 2 flights and am now home.
0400 'til the software works? Really??」
「My cover on my bed had blue spots it, I did make the manager aware and she stated it should not have been placed on my bed in one of my rooms, other than that all was excellent. 」
「Beside the convenient location and affordable rate, there is a very nice &kind lady (sorry I didn’t get her name but she works 5am shift), offering to make our family breakfast bags because we had to catch our flight at 3am and breakfast is not served until 7am on Saturday.. she made sure what type of foods/fruits/milk that we like and she put together breakfast to go bags for each of our family members.. that is the 5stars service right there , she made sure her guests feel at home .. this lady...
